Our fees and rates policy

All our services come with a no-strings-attached policy because we value your rights and we choose to offer our legal services in a way that also gives power back to the people (#givepowerback).

We practice upfront fees discussions and invite you to ask about our fees prior to or in the initial consultation. We also invite you to query quotes and invoices if ever you have questions or concerns.

We have also chosen to adopt a reduced flat-fee policy where the legal services allow, in an effort to afford our clients transparency and certainty with regards to these services. 
 
Please note, however, that we will be equally transparent regarding legal services required that do not allow us to work on a flat-fee basis, and in that instance, we will be able to provide you with our hourly rates and estimated quotations.

Please note:
Initial consultations are complimentary to the following services:
 
  • To any Will package.
  • The administration/winding of deceased estates (unless my services are not required after consultation).
  • All property transfers and most other conveyancing services.

Deceased Estates

 

The Administration and Winding-up of deceased estates is a specialized area of training that Attorneys are equipped in.

The government-regulated fee for administering this process is 3.5% of the value of an Estate plus disbursements. However, in certain instances discounts are possible on a case-by-case basis, and the client would have to contact us to discuss if any of the deductions are applicable in their circumstances.
