Drawing Up Your Will
One of the key services offered at Denise Padayachee Attorneys Inc. is succession planning and the crafting of Wills that fully comply with the Wills Act (7/1953) and give voice to your intentions as the Testator.
I personally believe that you should always have the choice to nominate your own executor and alternate executor, and that you and your loved ones should be able to choose any attorney to administrate or wind-up your estate. Therefore, you can be assured of those rights and a no-strings-attached Wills service.
Will Bundle 1
Individual Last Will and Testament
Cost: R1200-R1600*
*Depending on the complexity of bequests, conditions, life-rights and so on.

Joint and Mutual Last Will and Testament
Cost: R1400- R2000*
*Depending on the complexity of individual and joint bequests, conditions, life-rights and so on.

Will Bundle 3
Wills with a Testamentary Trust*
Cost: R3500*
(R6000, should you require a very comprehensive trust deed).
*A testamentary trust is definitely worth considering as an investment if you have minor children or grandchildren that you want to make provision for in your Will, and who will inherit a sizeable estate, or whose inheritance is at risk of mis-management and requires safe-guarding.

Each Will Bundle includes:
- 30 minute in-person or ZOOM consultation and estate planning advice;
- Electronic drafts and electronic delivery of your tailor-made Will (I can also courier printed hard copies to you if preferred. This courier fee is not included and therefore additional to the package cost), OR you are welcome to make an appointment to sign your Will at my office.
- Full instructions for signing if electronic delivery is preferred;
- A courtesy safe-keep option (I can keep a signed, original of your Will safely for you);
- Some Next-Steps advice to assist you in the building and planning of your Estate
Other Services
- Codicil: R600 (material amendments, deletions or additions of a specific clause to an existing, valid Will)
- A Living Will: R1200 (to declare your wishes should you become medically incapacitated and be sustained on life support)
- Existing Will check: R500 (to check for validity, problematic clauses, and any questions you may have concerning the Will. This fee includes the Will scrutiny and feedback via email or a 15 minute feedback call/virtual meeting)
