  • 2 x amendments to the Offer-To-Purchase (if needed);
  • We will attain a copy of your Title Deed for you from the Deeds Office, if you do not have a copy. We will explain the conditions and possible complications;
  • Information regarding the sale and transfer processes, legalities, and FICA requirements;
  • At the consultation all your pre-sale questions and concerns can be addressed.

The Certificate of Registered Title is a pretty useful title deed document. It may not be used to transfer ownership, but it evidences ownership. This is useful if you, for example, purchased or inherited two properties that you need to consolidate in order to develop it.
